These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services, including physical wax models, custom 3D prints, and digital CAD files ("Products"). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Who We Serve
Our products and services are designed for jewellers, jewellery manufacturers, and related trade professionals. By using our website, you confirm that you are purchasing for business or trade purposes.
2. Our Products
• Physical Wax Models — priced at ₹250 per gram, based on the actual weight of the
finished model.
• 3D Prints — custom physical prints made to order based on your specifications.
• Digital CAD Files — available for download in .3DM and .STL formats.
Product weight, dimensions, and finish may vary slightly due to the nature of wax and 3D printing processes. Images and renders on our website are for representation purposes; actual products may show minor variations.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice; however, orders already confirmed will not be affected by such changes.
4. Order Confirmation & Turnaround
An order is considered confirmed only after payment has been received and acknowledged by CAD Carat. Production and delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation and may vary based on design complexity and order volume.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is managed through our integrated logistics partners. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and will be shared at the time of dispatch. CAD Carat is not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Intellectual Property & Exclusivity
All designs, CAD files, and models offered by CAD Carat are original and proprietary creations. Our designs are exclusive and are not sold
or licensed for mass distribution.
• Reselling, sublicensing, redistributing, or sharing our CAD files (in original or modified form) is strictly prohibited.
• Digital CAD files are licensed for single-use production by the purchasing business only, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
• Unauthorized reproduction or resale of our designs may result in suspension of your account and legal action.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

8. Limitation of Liability
CAD Carat shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to loss of business, production delays, or third-party claims. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
